Simon Munnings BSc (Hons) MRICS FAAV

Simon originally worked in practical farm management, but at the end of the 1990s he returned to full time education and gained an honours degree in Rural Land Management from the University of Plymouth. He then worked as an Estates Surveyor at South West Water dealing with the laying of pipelines and land acquisitions on capital schemes throughout Devon and Cornwall. In 1997 he moved to Wimborne to work with Symonds & Sampson. He initiated the estate agency department at that office. He subsequently become a partner in the firm and also held the title of head of the property valuation department. After 6 years working as partner in Wessex Surveyors Simon started Dorset Property Surveys in 2015.
