Sam Munnings MSc MRICS

Sam has a Masters Degree in Rural Estate Management from Royal Agricultural College and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2005. Following seven years at Symonds & Sampson, where she undertook valuation and planning work, she moved to Bournemouth Borough Council to take up the role of Senior Valuer, working on all aspects of estate management. After three years Sam moved on to the Environment Agency, first working in their planning department and then moving to the role of Senior Estates Surveyor, working on capital projects dealing will a range of land issues from property acquisitions and access arrangements to compensation and reinstatement. In 2015 Sam joined with Simon to start Dorset Property Surveys.
